Keep their eyes on the house
By Isaac Stalzer
Most ads shout. These don't. The quiet ads are one picture, a few lines of text that rise in one at a time, and a calm voice reading them. Then they stop. Each one runs about fifteen seconds.
They all make one point: in a client meeting, keep their eyes on what you're showing. Not on a slide counter, not on you scrolling for a file. A PitchBoard puts the photos, the video, the pricing and the net sheet one tap away, in whatever order the conversation goes, so the client stays with you.
The town grows. A cartoon town builds itself from an empty field to a busy main street while the lines ask who it's for: brokers, agents, anyone who presents to clients. It's the film above. Watch it on Instagram

We made them quiet on purpose. A presentation that works doesn't need to be loud either. It needs the right thing on the screen when the client asks for it. Build your first board and see what yours looks like.
