Your brokerage. Your brand.
Powered by PitchBoards.
Ship a fully branded iOS build of PitchBoards under your firm's name — custom app icon, splash screen, and export branding. Layers on top of an Office plan or higher.
Your Brand, Your App
A custom-branded iOS build under your firm's name and icon. Your agents and clients never see the PitchBoards name.
Built On Your Plan
Your white-label app uses the seat allotment from your underlying tier — Small Shop through Regional. Same caps, same predictable pricing.
Enterprise-Grade Security
SOC-2-ready infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access control. Your clients' data stays protected.
Dedicated Onboarding
A white-glove setup with our team to configure your branded build, walk you through asset intake, and manage the App Store submission end-to-end.
Where white label is headed next. These aren't live yet — share what you'd want first and we'll prioritize.
Analytics dashboard
A broker-facing dashboard for board views, client engagement, and team activity. In development — not available today.
API & integrations
Planned connections to your MLS feed, CRM, or transaction-management platform via a REST API. Not available yet — tell us what you'd connect first.
Live in the App Store in 4–6 weeks.
Most of the timeline is asset collection on your end and Apple's review queue.
Day 1
Sign up & onboarding intake
We send you a short intake form to gather brand assets, app metadata, and developer-account contacts. Same-day kickoff.
Days 1–7
You provide assets & enroll in Apple Developer
Most of this week is on your end: hand off branding, and start your Apple Developer Program enrollment so it's ready when we submit.
Weeks 2–3
We build your branded app & submit to Apple
We configure your Xcode target, integrate your branding, build the iOS binary, and submit it to the App Store under your developer account.
Weeks 4–6
Apple reviews & your app goes live
Apple's review queue is the final gate. Once it clears, your branded app is downloadable from the App Store under your firm's name.

Common questions
How long does setup take?
Live in the App Store in 4–6 weeks. Most of the timeline is asset collection on your end and Apple's review queue on the back end — our build and submission work fits inside weeks 2–3.
Do I still need a regular PitchBoards subscription?
Yes. White-label layers on top of an Office plan or higher (Office, Regional or Enterprise). It covers the branded iOS build; the underlying plan provides your seat cap and platform features.
What does the $7,500 setup fee cover?
Setup is $7,500, the same for everyone. It covers your branded Xcode target, App Store listing, branding integration, and submission management.
Can my agents use the iOS app under the white label?
Yes. We publish a custom-branded iOS build to the App Store under your developer account. Your agents download your app, with your icon and splash, not ours.
What if Apple rejects my app?
White-label apps occasionally hit Guideline 4.3 (Spam / Design — Minimum Functionality) review questions because we're publishing a branded variant of an existing platform. We manage the response, adjust the submission as needed, and resubmit — included in the setup fee, no additional charge.
What's the billing structure?
$2,500/month on top of your Office plan or higher, plus a one-time $7,500 setup fee at kickoff. Monthly billing starts when your app goes live in the App Store, with a 12-month minimum. We set it up together on a call first.
