What is PitchBoards?

Presentation software for real estate professionals. You build a board — a screen of tappable tiles, or a free-form canvas — and present it on an iPad in the listing meeting. The same board becomes a link you send the seller, a QR code at an open house, or a leave-behind PDF.

What do I need to run it?

Accepted Answer

An iPad, a Mac, or an iPhone running iOS 18 or later. The iPad is where the app is happiest, because that is where the listing meeting happens.

Can I build boards in a web browser?

Accepted Answer

No. Building and editing happen in the app. The website is where your sellers open the links you send, and where you manage your account, your organization, and billing. Nobody you share with needs to install anything.

How do I sign in?

In the app: Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or a passwordless email link. On the website: Apple or Google. Use the same method in both places and it is the same account.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The Free plan needs no card and does not expire.

Every organization plan includes done-for-you setup. Send us your first three listings and we turn them into ready-to-present boards within 7 days. You can edit any of them live afterward without breaking the presentation. They come wearing your brand, with every photo and document marked swappable — so every listing after those is yours to drop in.

Free to start. Personal is $29 a month, or $290 a year for one agent. Organization plans start at $149 a month for up to 10 seats and run through Starter, Boutique, Office, and Regional up to 120 seats. Past that, Enterprise pricing is a conversation.

What do I get on the Free plan?

Accepted Answer

The whole app. Linked tiles, canvases, AI widgets, unlimited public share links, and live broadcasting to 2 teammates. Three of your boards stay active at a time, plus five saved tiles in your library, and you get 10 AI actions a month. No credit card, and it does not expire.

What happens when I make a fourth board?

It gets made, and it works — your three most recently touched boards are the active ones, so the board you have not opened in the longest locks instead. You keep it, you can see it, and it waits: delete an active board and it takes the slot back, or upgrade and everything unlocks at once. A board holds as many tiles and sub-boards as you like, so three boards is three presentations, not three tiles.

So what actually makes me pay?

The third teammate. Two agents sharing boards live is how you find out whether this belongs in your office, and we would rather you find out than pay to ask. When the office adopts it, you need seats, a shared workspace, your own branding, and done-for-you setup — that is a plan.

What happens to my boards if I cancel or downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. You keep every board you made, and public links you already published stay live, so you can keep presenting them. You drop back to three active boards — the three you touched most recently — and the rest wait, locked, until you upgrade again or delete one to free a slot.

What is the difference between Personal and an organization?

Accepted Answer

Personal is one agent with unlimited boards and no shared workspace. An organization adds the things a brokerage needs: seats for your agents, member management, broadcasting to the whole office rather than to named people, done-for-you setup, and your own logo in place of ours — inside the app and on the links your clients open.

What is a team, and how is it different from an organization?

An organization is your firm. A team is a smaller group inside it — a listing team, an office, a region. You can broadcast a board to your whole organization, or just to one team. Both are membership-gated: when someone leaves, their access goes with them.

What roles can people have?

Accepted Answer

Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer. Owners can assign any role. Admins can assign up to Admin, but cannot make someone an Owner. Editors and Viewers cannot change roles.

How do seats work, and what happens when I run out?

Accepted Answer

You invite agents by email, or hand out your organization's invite code and let them join themselves. A seat is consumed when someone actually accepts, not when you send the invite. There are no per-seat overages: at the cap you either move up a tier or remove an inactive member.

How does annual billing work?

Annual is billed once a year at ten times the monthly price, so two months are free.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Any time, with no long-term contract. Upgrading charges the prorated difference. Downgrading applies the remaining credit to future invoices. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes — 90 days on every paid plan, for any reason, with no conditions attached. Cancel within 90 days of your first paid invoice and we refund what you paid, on Personal and on organization plans alike. Either way the boards we built stay yours, and their public links stay live so you can keep presenting them.

Do the AI features cost extra?

No, and there is nothing to buy — no credit packs, and no key of your own to bring. Every plan carries a monthly allowance under fair use: 10 actions on Free, 75 on Personal, and a pool your whole organization shares on organization plans, from 250 a month on Starter up to 4,000 on Regional. Today that AI reads a listing PDF and fills in the details, and sharpens the prompts you hand to your own AI tools.

What counts as one AI action?

One generation. Reading the facts out of a listing PDF is one, sharpening a prompt is one. On an organization plan the allowance is a shared pool rather than a per-seat ration, so the agent running three listings this month is not throttled by the one running none.

Is white-label included in my plan?

Accepted Answer

No. White-label is a separate add-on that layers on top of any paid tier. It gets you a custom-branded iOS build under your firm's name, icon, and fonts, published to the App Store under your own developer account. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.

What is a board?

A board is one screen you present. When you make a new one, you pick Grid or Canvas. A Grid is a tidy arrangement of tiles you tap to open things. A Canvas is a free-form slide where you place text, media, shapes, and QR codes wherever you want them.

What is a tile?

One card on a Grid. A tile has a face — the title, colors, background image, and icon your seller sees — and a destination, which is whatever opens when the tile is tapped. Those two are independent: a tile that opens a video does not have to look like a video.

Can a tile show what is behind it instead of a designed face?

Yes. Set the tile to mirror its destination and the face becomes a live miniature of the content it opens — a small grid of the sub-board inside it, or a thumbnail of the image, video, PDF, or widget behind it.

What is a sub-board?

A tile whose destination is another Grid. Tap it and you drill in. Sub-boards nest as deep as you need, which is how one presentation holds a whole portfolio: a tile per property, each opening its own room.

What is advanced layout on a tile?

A standard tile centers its title and subtitle for you. Switch it to advanced layout and the tile becomes its own small canvas, where you position text and icons anywhere on the face. Switching back stashes that work rather than deleting it, so you can flip between the two.

Eight: an image, a video, a PDF, a website, a document, an AI widget, a sub-board, or a canvas. A tile carries one destination at a time.

Can one tile hold a whole photo set?

Yes. An image destination can be a single photo or a gallery you swipe through, and a PDF opens as the whole document. You choose how the PDF reads: continuous scroll, one page at a time horizontally or vertically, or a page-curl book.

What is an AI widget?

A small interactive thing that lives on a tile — a mortgage calculator, a before-and-after photo slider, a lead form, a social card. It is a self-contained web page that runs live and sandboxed inside your board, so the seller can actually use it while you sit there.

So does the app write widgets for me with AI?

Accepted Answer

Not today, and we would rather say so plainly. There are two ways to get one. Pick a ready-made widget from the built-in library — calculators, social media, open house, lead capture, comparison, and showcase — or make one in an AI tool you already use and paste it in. The app hands you a prompt already filled in with your brand and listing details to take across.

Can I change a widget after I add it?

You can make the edits that matter without touching code: swap the text, the colors, the images and video, the links behind buttons, and the order things appear in. Deeper changes mean pasting in a new version. Each widget you add is your own copy, so editing one never disturbs another.

Where else can a widget go?

Behind your tiles, as an inert board or canvas background that renders live but passes taps through. Or on its own public link, so you can drop a working calculator into an email or embed it on your website.

If I use the same photo in two boards, is it stored twice?

No. Pick it from your library and both boards point at the same stored file. Uploading the same photo twice from your camera roll does make two — the app matches on what you picked, not on what the pixels look like.

What is a linked tile?

A tile that is a live reference to something you already built, rather than a copy of it. Drop a linked tile or a linked sub-board into a new board and it stays connected: edit the original once and every board using it updates. This is how a brokerage keeps one commission explainer or one bio page current in forty presentations.

How do I break a link?

Detach it. The tile menu's Detach — Make a Copy turns the live reference into an independent copy that is yours to change, with no thread back to the original.

If I delete something from My Assets, do my boards break?

Accepted Answer

No. Moving an asset to the trash removes it from your library, not from the boards already using it — those keep rendering. Trash is reversible until you empty it.

I present the same deck for every listing. Do I rebuild it each time?

No — mark the parts that change as swappable slots. Then one Swap Content pass walks you through replacing every photo, headline, and price in the deck. Your logo and brand colors swap by value, so changing them once re-skins the whole copy.

What are listings and collections?

A listing is a property, with its photos, videos, PDFs, and facts kept together. A collection is the same idea generalized, so you can group anything you sell — developments, boats, aircraft — with your own stages and fields. Either way the media inside points back at your library rather than duplicating it.

Can I import a listing PDF instead of typing everything?

Yes. Bring in a listing brochure or fact sheet and the app pulls the details out of it. Every field it finds is yours to correct before you use it.

Three, and the difference is what happens after you send. Share a copy hands someone a detached snapshot they own. Broadcast gives people live access, so they see your edits as you make them. A public link is a view-only web page anyone can open without an account.

What does sharing a copy actually do?

It delivers a one-time snapshot to a specific person by email. They get their own editable copy in their Shared With Me, with no connection back to you. Change your original afterward — or delete it — and their copy is untouched.

What does broadcasting do differently?

It grants live access. Recipients open the board and see your changes in real time, as Viewers or as Editors, so you never re-send a corrected version. Stop broadcasting and their copy simply freezes where it is.

Can I broadcast to my whole office at once?

Yes, if you are an owner or an admin. Broadcast to your organization, or to one team inside it, and you can narrow it further to members with particular tags. Group broadcasts are membership-gated: when an agent leaves, their access leaves with them. Broadcasts you send to one person by email are individual grants, and those persist even if they change firms — revoke them any time.

Can I broadcast on the Free plan?

Yes, to 2 other people. Two agents in one office working from the same live board is the point, not an upsell. The third teammate is where a plan starts — and broadcasting to a whole team or organization at once needs one too. Sharing a copy and public links are unlimited on every plan.

Does the person I share with need an account?

For a copy or a broadcast, yes — those attach to a person. A public link needs nothing. Send it in a text message and the seller opens it in their browser.

Is a public link live, or a snapshot?

A snapshot, frozen at the moment you published it — so an experiment at 11pm never rewrites what your seller is reading. When you have edits waiting, the app tells you, and republishing pushes them out while keeping the same URL. Every link you already sent keeps working.

Who can create and republish a public link?

Only the board's owner can create one or revoke it. Editors you have broadcast to can republish it, so a teammate's correction can reach the seller without waiting on you.

Can I share something other than a whole board?

Yes. A single AI widget gets its own link, and so does a single image, video, PDF, or web page — useful when the seller asked for one floor plan, not the tour.

Can I hide pages of a PDF before I send it?

Yes, and properly. Hidden pages are physically removed from the copy that gets published, so a guest who digs the file URL out of the page still cannot read them.

How do QR codes and open-house sign-ins work?

Put a QR code on a canvas, or on a printed sign, pointing at any board, widget, or page you have published. Turn on the sign-in form and guests scan, sign in, and land on your content — you get the lead. Run that on an iPad at the door and it re-prompts each guest instead of wandering off. You can use our form, embed your own, or hand off to a form you already run.
