Show them everything
By Isaac Stalzer
Need to win the deal? You get one shot. In Show Them Everything, our cartoon agent walks into a listing appointment in a trench coat and sunglasses, past a neighbor who forgets what he's watering, and stands in front of the couple on the sofa. Don't know what to show them? She throws the coat open.
What's underneath is an iPad, and on it, everything: the whole plan, the pricing, every comp. The film ends on one line: win the deal.
Why the joke works. Most agents hold things back in a listing appointment, and not on purpose. The comps are in one app, the marketing plan is a PDF in an email, the video tour is a link somewhere. Showing everything sounds bold, but really it just means having it all in one place.
That's what a PitchBoard is for. The plan, the pricing and the comps are tiles on one board. Tap Pricing and the comps open, full screen. Tap back and you're where you were. Whatever the sellers ask about, you show it, in the order they ask.
The film is on YouTube and Instagram. It's animated with AI video tools.
Your version doesn't need a trench coat. Build your first board, and show them everything.
